The part your card can't do alone.

Every tap already goes somewhere. ReviewEngine watches where — and steps in the moment a visit turns sour, before it ever reaches Google.

ReviewEngine is a UK service that monitors feedback submitted through NFC review cards. When a customer taps the card and rates their visit 4–5 stars, the review is sent straight to the business's Google listing. When they rate it 1–3 stars, the business owner is alerted privately instead, with a chance to resolve the problem before it reaches the public. It's built to work alongside any NFC review card, including the ones sold at nfc-cards.co.uk.

What is ReviewEngine?

ReviewEngine is a UK service that monitors feedback submitted through NFC review cards. When a customer taps the card and rates their visit 4–5 stars, the review is sent straight to the business's Google listing. When they rate it 1–3 stars, the business owner is alerted privately instead, with a chance to resolve the problem before it reaches the public.

How does ReviewEngine work with my NFC review card?

Every tap on the card is captured the moment a customer rates their visit, before anything is posted anywhere. Good ratings (4–5 stars) go straight to your Google review page. Lower ratings (1–3 stars) trigger an immediate private alert to you instead.

Does ReviewEngine replace Google Reviews?

No. Positive ratings still go straight to your Google review page as normal. ReviewEngine's role is to intercept the negative ones privately, before they become a public review, so you get a chance to make things right first.

Do I need an NFC review card before I can use ReviewEngine?

Yes, ReviewEngine works alongside an NFC review card on your counter. If you don't have one yet, nfc-cards.co.uk is where to get one first.

Already tapping? Let's make it count.

If you've got an NFC card on the counter, ReviewEngine is the layer that watches what happens after someone taps it. If you don't have a card yet, that's the first step.
